Our approach

Acumenity Pro aims to make its website and application usable by people with disabilities. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as an orientation for design and remediation work.

This statement is not a claim of full WCAG conformance, a certification, or a legal guarantee.

Scope of this statement

This statement describes our accessibility goals and ways to report a barrier. It does not report the results of a current comprehensive accessibility audit.

We do not claim that every feature, state, viewport, browser, or third-party integration has been assessed. Compatibility with particular assistive technologies, including screen readers, has not been verified.

Known limitations

• Accessibility of complex maps, charts, document editors, and media workflows has not been verified here.
• Some product workflows require authentication, an active account, or third-party services.
• Compatibility with particular assistive technologies and browser combinations remains unverified.

Signed-in users can report an accessibility barrier using the in-app feedback system. Open Acumenity Pro, choose “Send Feedback,” and include “Accessibility” in the subject. Submitting feedback does not promise a particular resolution or response time.
