    Acumenity Pro is a roofing and contracting business management platform that provides tools for roof measurements, project management, customer relationship management, invoicing, team collaboration, and communication services including phone and SMS capabilities.

    • Register for an account with accurate information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

    4. Subscription and Payment

    Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

    We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

    • Accept that call recordings may be stored for quality and compliance purposes

    7. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Acumenity Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

    8. Data and Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer data you enter into the platform and ensuring you have proper authorization to collect and store such data.

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACUMENITY PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acumenity Pro from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

    12. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
