4. Google API Disclosure

Acumenity Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We specifically use Google API data to:

• Provide aerial roof measurements and property mapping features.
• Store and sync project documents (e.g., roof diagrams and estimates) to your connected Google Cloud storage.

We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific items (e.g., for technical support), it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required to comply with applicable laws.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in our operations
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and the safety of users
• In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition

12. Data Deletion & Account Closure

Acumenity Pro provides users with full control over their data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the following methods:

In-App Deletion:

Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will initiate an automated process to permanently remove your profile, business settings, and any stored Google API metadata.

Web Request:

If you no longer have access to the platform, you may submit a formal deletion request via our Data Deletion Request Form or by emailing support@acumenitypro.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

What Happens When You Delete Your Data:

• Personal Information: Your name, email, and business credentials will be purged from our active databases within 30 days.
• Project Files: All uploaded roof diagrams and estimates stored in our Cloud Storage will be removed.
• Exceptions: We may retain certain data only as required by law (e.g., tax records for subscriptions) or for legitimate security purposes (e.g., fraud prevention), as outlined in the Google API Service User Data Policy.
